Mediterranean Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 C canola oil
- 1/4 C lemon juice
- 2 egg whites

Step 1
1. Place garlic in blender & slowly add oil & lemon juice. Alternate each until gone. Scrape down sides & thoroughly mix.
2. Add egg whites while blending. Blend until you reach a mayonnaise consistency.
3. Refrigerate until cool. Lasts up to a week in closed container.
4. Serve warm with chicken or meat.
