Ingredients

  • 2

    pork tenderloins

  • Dry Rub:

  • paprika, few dashes

  • ½

    c brown sugar

  • 2

    tsp kosher salt

  • pepper

  • cayenne pepper, pinch

  • Sauce:

  • ½

    bottle BBQ sauce

  • ½

    cup honey

  • ketchup, few squirts

  • hot sauce, dash

  • worcestershire sauce, dash

Directions

Apply dry rub to tenderloins; refrigerate overnight. Cook sauce 20 minutes over medium-low heat. Brush 1/2 sauce on meat; reserve rest for dipping. Grill pork 30 minutes without sauce. When brown, baste with sauce. When done, let rest 10 minutes.
