Ingredients
- 3 cups plain low-fat soy milk
- 1 banana, in chunks
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 1 cup (8 ounces) firm silken tofu
- 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp honey
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on medium speed for 1 minute.
Pour into tall glass and ingest at will.
