Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain low-fat soy milk
  • 1 large banana, cut in chunks
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 apple, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1 cup caramel ice-cream topping
  • 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on medium speed for 90 seconds.

Pour into tall pottery glasses and serve while riding on your camel.
