Hot Licorice Lick

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped strawberry or raspberry licorice
  • 2 cups plain low-fat soy milk
  • 1 banana, in chunks
  • 1/4 cup cooled, brewed green tea
  • 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Place licorice in a microwave-safe container and heat in a microwave on medium until softened, checking frequently.

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on high speed for 5 minutes.

Pour into cups and serve any time of year, especially on cold days.
