Black Joe Cake

Rich black dense chocolate cake that I make in my vitamin blender

Ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 2 cups flour
• 2 eggs
• 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup black strong coffee
• 3/4 cups vegetable oil
• 3/4 cup Hershey baking cocoa

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in blender starting with liquid. Bake in rectangular cake pan at 350 degrees until done
