Ingredients
- 4 6oz fillets
- 2 oz butter
- 1/4 C onion, diced
- 2 T garlic, finely diced
- 2 C heavy cream
- 1/2 C jalapenos, finely diced & seeded
- 1 t pepper, coarsely ground
- 2 t salt
- 6 slices bacon, diced & sautéed
- 6 jalapenos, grilled
- 2 T butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat butter in sauce pan. Add onions & garlic. Saute until tender.
2. Add cream & reduce by half. Add jalapenos, salt & pepper.
3. Grill jalapenos until lightly charred on both sides.
4. Sprinkle salt & pepper over fillets. Drizzle with butter. Grill until done.
5. Place sauce over fish & garnish with bacon & grilled jalapenos.
