Cream Cheese Mints

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 stick softened margarine
  • 1/4 ¼ tsp. mint oil
  • 2 lbs. sifted powder sugar
  • paste coloring
  • 2 C. powder sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Cream first ingredients and add sifted powdered sugar. Knead like pie dough and add powder sugar. Refrigerate until cool. Roll and dip into granulated sugar. Let dry before stacking and freezing.
