  • 1 Cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar, firmly packed
  • 2/3 Cup Butter, melted
  • 2 Eggs

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, comnbine all ingredients and mix well. Generously spray miniature muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray (the kind with flour added works best). Fill each muffin 3/4 full. Bake for approximately 18 minutes at 350 degrees. Once they come out of the oven, cool in pan for just 1 minute, then flip them out onto a cooling rack. If allowed to cool in the pan too long, they will have to be chiseled out. Also be sure not to fill the muffin tins to the very top or they will overflow and make a mess.
