Ingredients

  • 3 pounds boneless chicken breast's
  • 1 1/2 cups celery
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon's lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon accent seasoning
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cup's Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • Velvetta cheese, sliced is easier to work with in layering
  • corn flake crumb's

Preparation

Step 1

Simmer in water to cover for 45min.- 1 hour. Or until tender check in 45 minutes, unless you are using thinner breast's then check in 30 min.
Cool in water then shred with finger's.

Mix onion's, salt, lemon juice, accent if using, mayonnaise, celery and almonds. Stir together with chicken. Put half of chicken in casserole. Layer with velvetta cheese. Spoon on remaining chicken on top of velvetta then layer with remaining chicken, ad another layer of velvetts. Top with cornflake crumb's.

Bake at 450@ for 20 minutes
