Ingredients
- 4 cups quick oats
- 1-1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups almond butter,peanut butter or sunflower seed butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 cup apple butter
- 2 large bananas mashed
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup shelled pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup rasins
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed or hemp
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat overn to 325
Combine all of the ingredients into a large bowl of a stand mixer. Mix until well combined.
The dough will be stiff
Drop large spoonfuls onto cookies sheets and slightly flatten the tops into desired thickness
cookies will not spread in oven
Bake for 15-16 minutes or until edges are slightly brown.
Allow to cool on cookies sheets completely
