Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp (45 ml) Epicure’s Red Pepper Jelly
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) light soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Epicure’s Asian Stir-fry Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) sugar
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) Epicure’s Crushed Chilies — optional

Instructions

1. Place all ingredients in Epicure’s Cruet and shake vigorously to mix.
2. Sauce will keep well refrigerated for up to one week.
