Ingredients
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup stevia or xylitol (this is adapted from a recipe that called for sugar and I have not made this yet, will make Friday for P3 but I'm pretty sure it'll be a lot less than 1/2 cup)
- 1 TBSP grated onion
- 1 TBSP poppy seeds
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp sea salt
Preparation
Step 1
Good over spinach salad or a fresh fruit salad.
In blender, combine oil, vinegar, stevia, onion, poppy seeds, dry mustard and sea salt and puree until smooth and thick. Transfer to a jar; cover and refrigerate for 2-3 days. Stir well before using. Yields: 1.5 cups
