Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1/2 pound ground hot pork sausage
- 1 (2-pound) loaf process cheese spread, cubed
- 1 (8-ounce) jar medium salsa
Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground chuck and sausage in large skillet, stirring until meat crumbles; drain in colander, discarding drippings.
Add cheese and salsa; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese melts. Serve with large corn chips.
Notes:
If you want to turn up heat notch or two, substitute 2-pound loaf of Mexican process cheese for regular. If that's still not enough, go for hot salsa.
