Ingredients
- 3 Large Eggs
- 2 TBS Cremefraiche – 1/2 sourcream and 1/2 whipping cream
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 2 TBS Unsalted Butter
- 1 Leek
- 1/4 tsp Caraway Sed
- 3 TBS Crumbled Chevne (cheese)

Step 1
Preheat boiler.
Beat eggs, cremefaiche and pepper. Melt butter in skillet add leek, caraway and cook until bottom is set. Lower heat – add eggs. Sprinkle with cheese. Place skillet in broiler. Cook until eggs are set and cheese melted.
