TBS Cremefraiche – ½ sourcream and ½ whipping cream

tsp Caraway Sed
TBS Crumbled Chevne (cheese)
Preheat boiler. Beat eggs, cremefaiche and pepper. Melt butter in skillet add leek, caraway and cook until bottom is set. Lower heat – add eggs. Sprinkle with cheese. Place skillet in broiler. Cook until eggs are set and cheese melted.
