pound ground beef
I jar low-fat pizza sauce (14oz)
jar mushrooms, stems & pieces (2.5 oz.), drained
slices low-fat pepperoni, quartered (1 oz.)
t. dried oregano, crushed
c shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese (3 oz.)
Cook ground beef in a large skillet. Add pizza sauce, mushrooms, pepperoni, and oregano and cook stirring for 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through. Spoon onto the buns and top with cheese.
