Ingredients

    cup raspberries fresh or frozen

  • ½

    cup strawberries fresh or frozen

  • ½

    avocado

  • 1

    handful arugula (rocket)

  • 1

    cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk

  • 1

    scoop unflavored pea or hemp protein, optional

Directions

1.) Wash all produce. 2.) Combine ingredients in blender. 3.) Blend until smooth, about 60 – 90 seconds. 4.) Serve and enjoy!
