Teriyaki Sauce

• 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
• 2 Tbsp. water
• 1 Tbsp. sake
• 1 Tbsp. mirin
• 1 Tbsp. sugar
• 1/4 onion, grated
• 1 inch ginger, grated
