Sweet potato Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1/4 cup butter
• 29 ounces sweet potato, drained

Preparation

Step 1

blend all ingredients at lowest speed.
pour into a 9/13 greased dish and bake at 350 for approximately 1 hour.
top with marshmallows and broil until brown
yield: 1/2 cup
