Ingredients
- 2 T sesame seed oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 # boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 3/4 C water
- 8 T soy sauce
- 2-4 T cornstarch
- 1 t brown sugar
- 1/2 t ground ginger
- 1/2 t red pepper
- 1 sliced red pepper
- 1 C snow peas trimmed
- 2 T chopped peanuts

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil and sauté onions 3 minutes or until soft. Add garlic and chicken until chicken begins to brown. Combine 3/4 C water, soy sauce, cornstarch, brown sugar, ginger, and red pepper whisking until sugar dissolves. Add water mixture to pan and bring to a boil. Add peppers and snow peas to pan and cook until vegetables are tender crisp and sauce thickens (adding more cornstarch if needed) Sprinkle with peanuts before serving.
