Ingredients
- Base:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- Mix:
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 lemon juice and rind
- 1 cup flaked coconut

Step 1
Press base in an 8x8 pan (greased). Bake 8-10 minutes at 350°F. Pour mixture over base and bake for 20 minutes in 350°F oven. When cool frost with vanilla icing.
