Ingredients
- 3/4 cup coarsely grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh tarragon
- Fresh basil
- Fresh chervil
- Fresh sage
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F.
Spoon grated Parmesan onto a cookie sheet in 1-2-tea-spoon-size mounds about 2 inches apart. Push down on the Parmesan mounds with the back of a spoon to slightly spread out the cheese.
Place an herb sprig on top of each Parmesan mound.
Bake until melted and golden (about 3-4 minutes).
