Ingredients
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1/4 cup agave nectar or honey
- 1-2 Tbs apple cider vinegar
- dash of soy sauce, optional
- 3/4 tsp ground ginger
- salt and pepper to taste
- pinch of cayenne pepper or chili powder, optional

Step 1
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and stir or whisk until smooth. Taste sauce and make flavor adjustments if desired.
Peanut sauce will keep for at least one week in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
