SHRIMP & BRIE OPEN-FACED SANDWICHES

Ingredients

  • Slices of rye bread, toasted
  • Mayonnaise
  • Orange juice and orange zest
  • Fresh dill
  • Shrimp (31-35 size)
  • Chives
  • Salt & pepper
  • Slices of brie

Preparation

Step 1

Broil bread in oven to toast. Mix together the rest of ingredients, except brie. Pile shrimp mixture on top of bread, then brie slices. Melt brie and serve.
