Ingredients
- 1 # ground beef
- 1 small jar spaghetti sauce or I use left over spaghetti sauce
- 1 can spam grated
- 1/2 onion chopped fine or a hand full of dried onion
- 1-2 t oregano
- 1 small can mushrooms
- sliced American or cheddar cheese
- Buns
- The spam does not taste like spam when grated and mixed with the ground beef, it actually tastes like pizza!!!

Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground beef until no longer pink. Mix in all other ingredients other than the cheese and buns. Spoon mixture on open face bun and top with cheese slice. Bake in oven at 350 for 5-6 minutes or until cheese is melted.
