- 10-12 Roma tomatoes
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 small-medium onion, preferably sweet
- 2 jalapenos
- 1/2 cup of fresh cilantro
- juice of one whole lime
- juice of 1/2 of a lemon
- salt to taste

Prepare ingredients
Tomatoes: slice in half and quartering each side
Garlic: peel and slice the cloves
Onion: peel and slice
Jalapeños: cut in half, de-seed only one of the peppers
Cilantro: pull leaves from stems and chop (but not finely)
Directions
Combine all ingredients into your food processor, add the juice of the lemon and lime then apply the "pulse" or low setting until the salsa reaches the consistency you prefer.
