Grilled Hearts of Romaine

Ingredients

  • 2 Hearts of Romaine,rinsed, drained, and patted dry
  • Cooking Spray
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 2 Tbs Balsamic Vinegar (calories differ by brand!)
  • 2 Tbs Grated Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Spray all sides of the lettuce hearts with cooking spray. Sprinkle with Salt and Pepper.
Grill for 15 seconds per quarter turn.
Remove from grill. Drizzle with Balsamic Vinegar and sprinkle on cheese.
