Ingredients
- 8 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 1 each Satsuma
- 4 tbsp Light Brown Louisiana Sugar
- 3 oz. Rum
- 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 oz Lemon lime soda
Preparation
Step 1
Peel the Satsuma and remove any seeds.
In the bottom of a Boston Shaker combine the mint, Satsuma and brown sugar.
Muddle for 30 seconds.
Add the rum, lime juice and 1 cup of crushed ice.
Shake and pour in to a rocks glass.
§Top with the lemon lime soda.
Garnish with a sugar cane stalk and a mint leaf.
