Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- Pinch salt
Preparation
Step 1
Measure out 1 cup milk. In small saucepan, whisk flour with 3 tbsp milk until smooth. Gradually whisk in remaining milk; cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, until thickened, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat. Add cheese, mustard and salt. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
