- 1 (16 oz.) Tube Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough
- 1 (20 oz.) Can Apple Pie Filling
- 1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon

Step 1
Press 2/3 of cookie dough into bottom of an 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with 2/3 of cinnamon/sugar mixture. Spread pie filling over cookie base. Take small amounts of the remaining cookie dough, flatten slightly and place over pie filling. It will not cover completely. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon/sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35-40 minutes or until cookie dough is browned and pie filling is bubbly. Allow to cool and cut into bars.
