Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt
- 2 cups diced Michigan cucumbers
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Tbl. chopped fresh Michigan mint
- 1 Tbl. fresh lemon juice
- salt and pepper

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
