Ham and Egg Mini Wafflewiches

  • ! egg, lightly beaten
  • 8 frozen mini waffles
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 2 thin slices of deli ham
  • 4 tsp cheddar shredded

Preparation

Step 1

Cook egg by scrambling. Spread one side of each waffle with butter. Place ham slice on unbuttered side, top ham with 1/4 of egg mixture and cheese. Top with remaining waffles buttered side up. Then cook sandwiches 3 to 4 minutes in a medium skillet until waffles are golden brown and cheese is melted.
