Ingredients
- 3/4 cup feta
- 1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a food processor and puree until feta is whipped to a thick, creamy consistency.
Serve with whole grain crackers, pita, tomatoes, cucumbers, sliced bell peppers, etc.
