Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate low-fat dairy or soy milk
- 1 cup plain low-fat dairy or soy milk
- 1 banana, in chunks
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup dried apricots
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on high speed for 2 minutes.
