Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Heat butter until melted, remove from heat.
Beat corn syrup, sugar, eggs and vanilla into butter with whisk until blended.
Arrange pecans in bottom of 9-inch unbaked pie crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Cool on wire rack.
Makes 12 servings
