Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. White Cake Mix (Pillsbury)
  • 2 lg. Eggs
  • 1/3 c Unsweetned Applesauce
  • 1 11 oz. Can Mandarin Oranges -- DO NOT DRAIN JUICE
  • 1 8 oz. container of Cool Whip -- thawed
  • 1 8 oz. can Crushed Pineapple -- DO NOT DRAIN JUICE
  • 1 pkg. (3.4 oz) Instant Vanilla Pudding

Step 1

Preheat oven 325 degrees

In a mixing bowl,m combine cake mix, eggs, applesauce and oranges. Beat low speed 30 seconds, increase to medium speed for 2 min. Pour into two greased and floured 9" round cake pans.

Bake for 30 minutes. Cool in pans for 1 hour. Remove from pans.

In another mixing bowl, combine cool whip, pineapple, and pudding mix. Mix with SPOON until well blended.

Spread between cake layers and over top of cake.

Chill for 1 hour.
