Ingredients
- 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 4 cups very thinly sliced green cabbage
- 4 cups very thinly sliced red cabbage
- 1/2 cup finely chipped red onion
- 1/2 ta. salt
- 1 serrano chile, seeded and finely chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Combine vinegar, sugar and orange juice in a small saucepan; cook over low heat 3 minutes or until sugar dissolves, stirring with a whisk. Chill.
Combine vinegar mixture, cabbages, onion, salt and chile. Cover and chill.
Toss gently before serving.
