Ingredients
- For Pickled Peppers:
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 small yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 small green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 small orange bell pepper, chopped
- For Assembly:
- 4 hot dogs, grilled
- 4 hot dog buns, toasted
- Pickled peppers, to taste
- Softened cream cheese, to taste
- Chopped tomatoes, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
To Make Pickled Peppers:
Whisk together cider vinegar, sugar, and garlic in a bowl. Add yellow, green, and orange bell peppers. Chill 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
To Assemble:
Place hot dog in bun. Top with pickled peppers, cream cheese and chopped tomatoes, to taste
