Ingredients
- Salad:
- 2-4 bunches broccoli rinsed and cut in small pieces
- 1 lb bacon cooked crisp and chopped
- 1/2 red onion chopped
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- Dressing:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4-1/2 cup rice vinegar (other kinds work as well)
- 1/4-1/2 cup sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Put salad ingredients together in a medium mix bowl.
Mix dressing ingredients together then pour over salad and stir. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or up to over night for best results. Stir or shake to coat salad with dressing.
