Chicken Club Pizza

Ingredients

  • Refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1/4 C. Mayo with Olive Oil
  • 1/2 C. Ranch dressing
  • 1 1/2 C. shredded triple cheddar cheese with Philadelphia, divided
  • 1 1/2 C. finely chopped cooked chicken
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 1/2 C. shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400*
Press pizza crust into 15X10" rectangle on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 10 minutes.
Mix mayo and 1/3 C. dressing, spread onto crust. Top with half the cheese, chicken, remaining cheese and bacon.
Bake 5 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown and cheese is melted. Top with lettuce and tomatoes, drizzle with remaining dressing.
