Pumpkin Pie-Double Layer, Cold

Ingredients

  • Mix in large bowl with whisk until smooth:
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 T. milk
  • 1 Tbl. Sugar
  • Gently stir in 1 ½ C. Cool Whip. Spread onto bottom of crust (1 prepared graham cracker crust-6 or 9 inches).
  • Pour into large bowl:
  • 1 C.
  • Add:
  • 16 ounce can of pumpkin
  • 2 pkgs (4 serving size each) Vanilla INSTANT pudding
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 ½ tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • Beat with wire whisk until well mixed (mixture will be thick). Spread over cream cheese layer.

Preparation

Step 1

Refrigerate 4 hours or until set. Garnish with remaining Cool Whip.
