Ingredients
- 1 cup chocolate low-fat soy or dairy milk
- 1 cup plain low-fat soy or dairy milk
- 1/2 ½ cup (4 ounces) firm silken tofu
- 1 banana, in chunks
- 1 (8 ounce) carton raspberry low-fat yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 nectarines, sliced
- 1/4 ¼ cup cashew bits
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on high speed for 1 minute.
Pour into tall glasses and make out with your smoothie.
