Sour Cream & Onion Hot Dog

Ingredients

• For Caramelized Onions:
• 2 Vidalia onions, about 10 ounces each, thinly sliced
• 2 tablespoons butter
• For Assembly:
• 4 hot dogs, grilled
• 4 hot dog buns, toasted
• Caramelized onions, to taste
• Sour cream, to taste
• Crumbled bacon, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

To Make Caramelized Onions:
Cook onions in butter in a skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently, until caramelized, about 20 minutes.

To Assemble:
Place hot dog in bun. Top with caramelized onions, sour cream and crumbled bacon, to taste.
