- Use basic yeast dough. Roll dough very thin, about 1/8 inch, and press in 9 inch pie pan. Let rise about 15 minutes.
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. white sugar
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2/3 c. heavy cream
