Ingredients

  • 3 cups chocolate low-fat dairy, soy or rice milk
  • 10 large ripe strawberries
  • 2 small bananas, cut in chunks
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped mint

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on medium speed for 1 minute.

Chill for 5 minutes, pour into tall glasses, and serve naked.
