Ingredients
- 3 cups chocolate low-fat dairy, soy or rice milk
- 10 large ripe strawberries
- 2 small bananas, cut in chunks
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp finely chopped mint
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on medium speed for 1 minute.
Chill for 5 minutes, pour into tall glasses, and serve naked.
