Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • juice of one lime
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Sriracha
  • red pepper flakes, to taste
  • 3 Tbsp cilantro, minced
  • 1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes

Step 1

In a zip-top bag or bowl, mix together the ingredients for the marinade (soy sauce through cilantro); add chicken. Mix thoroughly. Seal or cover and allow to marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to 24 hours. Thread chicken onto skewers (if using wooden or bamboo skewers, soak in water for 20-30 minutes beforehand).
