4 Cheese Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 C. cottage cheese
  • 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/2 C. parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 24 oz. spaghetti sauce
  • 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 12 lasagna noodles, cooked

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350*.
Brown meat with onions in large skillet. Meanwhile, mix cream cheese, cottage cheese, 1 1/2C. mozzarella, 1/4 C. parmesan and egg until wiell blended.
Drain meat; return to skillet. Stir in spaghetti sauce, tomatoes and oregano; simmer 5 min. Remove from heat. Spoon 1 C. meat sauce onto bottom of 9X13" pan, top with layers of 3 noodles, 1 C. cheese mixture and 1 C. meat sauce. Repeat layers twice. Top with remaining noodles, meat sauce, mozzarella and parmesan; cover with foil.
Bake 50 minutes or until heated through, uncovering after 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting to serve.
