Ingredients

• For Pimento Cheese:
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup jarred diced pimentos (about 1 1/2 ounces)
• 4 ounces grated sharp cheddar cheese
• For Assembly:
• 4 hot dogs, grilled
• 4 hot dog buns, toasted
• Pimento cheese, to taste
• Chopped pickles, to taste
• Barbecue sauce, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

To Make Pimento Cheese:
Combine mayonnaise and pimentos in a bowl. Stir in grated sharp cheddar cheese.

To Assemble:
Add hot dog to hot dog bun. Tope with pimento cheese, chopped pickles and barbecue sauce, to taste.
