Ingredients

  • Base:
  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 egg yolk

Preparation

Step 1

Cut butter into flour and sugar, add egg yolk, and mix well. Bake 18 minutes at 350°F.
1/3 cup raspberry jam
Spread over warm base, and then combine:
2 cups coconut
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Spread over jam. Bake for 25 minutes.
Melt 5 ounces chocolate and 1 tablespoon butter. Spread over cooled squares.
